    Net sales in January-March 2024 advanced 17% YoY to Rs 10,047 crore, compared to Rs 8,553 crore in the same period last year. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 11 per equity share for FY24. The Board has also approved the reappointment of CK Venkataraman as the MD of the company for a further period with effect from October 2024 up to December 2025. EBIT for the fourth quarter rose 8% YoY to Rs 1,139 crore, while EBIT margins declined 95 basis points to 11.1%.

  • Blue Star net profit drops 29% to Rs 159.71 crore in Q4 FY24

    Blue Star's total income increased to Rs 3,340.16 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 2,830.48 crore in the similar period of the previous fiscal. Its total expenses also grew at Rs 3,126.38 crore in the fourth quarter of 2023-24, compared with Rs 2,485.46 crore in the corresponding period of the last year.

  • Dabur's profit up 16.5% to Rs 341.22 cr in Q4 FY24

    Dabur's revenue from operations in FY24 was at Rs 12,404.01 crore, up 7.58 per cent, as against Rs 11,529.89 crore a year ago. "Strong execution of our Power Brand strategy, Increased premiumization, and distribution footprint expansion coupled with the benefit of our stringent cost reduction actions helped Dabur to report a steady performance during the fourth quarter and the full year 2023-24," it said.

  • P&G Hygiene and Health Q3 profit falls 6.5% to Rs 154.4 cr, sales rise 13.5% to Rs 1,002 cr

    Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd (PGHH) revenue from operations increased 13.48 per cent to Rs 1,002.17 crore during the quarter under review. It was at Rs 883.09 crore a year ago. Its Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 154.37 crore "was down 6 per cent vs year ago due to one-time tax impacts in the base as well as current quarters", said the earnings statement from the company which owns popular brands such as Vicks in healthcare and Whisper in feminine care.

  • Trent's Q4 net profit surges to Rs 712.09 crore

    ​​Trent's total income has also seen a jump of 48.7 per cent to Rs 3,374.57 crore in Q4 FY24 as against Rs 2,268.06 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Trent's total expenses has also increased to Rs 3,073.54 crore in Q4 FY24 as compared to the total expenses of Rs 2,207.89 crore in Q4 FY23, as per the BSE filing.

  • Nestle India Q4 net up 27% at Rs 934 cr on robust sales growth across product range

    Nestle said its board approved execution of a definitive agreement to form a joint venture with Dr Reddy's Laboratories. The partners intend to bring together a global range of nutritional health solutions as well as vitamins, minerals and health supplements of Nestle Health Science. The joint venture is expected to become operational in the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25, subject to customary closing conditions, the FMCG firm said.

  • Tata Consumer Products Q4 net profit falls to Rs 212.26 crore; total income up at Rs 3,965.39 crore

    Tata Consumer Products' total income increased to Rs 3965.39 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2024 as against Rs 3674.03 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.​​​ Sunil D’Souza, managing director and CEO of the company said, “We delivered good topline growth of 10 per cent in FY24, but importantly an EBITDA growth of 24 per cent and significant expansion in EBITDA margin."
